This way you can accumulate many links while keeping them manageable. If you don't need the details right now and want to focus on the note itself, you can collapse everything at once. If you click once on "expand all" it also stays expanded across notes. The backlinks still appear at the top (as before with scheduled tasks), but to reduce clutter I have added a collapse / expand button.
Noteplan 3.0 update#

Since NotePlan is self-funded the new version needs to go on sale soon. Naturally, this puts some pressure on NotePlan 2 sales. Your notes are automatically migrated when you run the updated version. ~/Library/Containers/co.noteplan.NotePlan3/Data/Library/Application Support/co.noteplan.NotePlan3 Means if you are using CloudKit sync the location of your notes will change to (no changes for iCloud Drive sync): To comply with Apple's sandboxing rules for the AppStore NotePlan 3 on Mac runs in Sandbox mode from this update on. Since NotePlan already allowed you to link tasks from your non-calendar (project) notes to your daily notes adding full backlinking (daily -> project and project project) was a no-brainer and in line with NotePlan's vision. In this update, I have added the first version of backlinks to NotePlan (only Mac iOS will be updated later)!
